We get Magnesium from nuts and seeds, legumes, dark leafy greens, cacao (dark chocolate), potatoes, whole grains (especially quinoa, barley, buckwheat).*We need Magnesium for many functions, of which, sticking to nutrition and fitness, carbohydrates and fats metabolism, synthesis of protein and DNA, wound healing, over 300 enzymatic reactions🩸so don’t underestimate its power!
